Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly through PayPal, PayU or Stripe without submitting any information to us. 

Experience shopping online with a credit card is safer because we don't have access to your credit card information.

How is DVOTIO.COM protecting my privacy? 

We guarantee you that we protect your privacy.

DVOTIO.COM will use your personal information (telephone number, e-mail or address), just in case we need to deliver a product or to help your shopping experience. 

However, we must cooperate with the authorities in case a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer.

If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be update via e-mail of events, new product arrivals, features or special offers.




Shipping services does not include taxes.

The taxes depends on each country's law.

Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in COLOMBIA, Latin America.

Orders are processed upon payment verification.

Once an order is verified you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number and confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We will contact you via email if there are any updated with your order. 

How can I track my package?

With DHL you can monitor it's every move until it reaches your door.  Get started, have your tracking numbers handy.

Please allow 1-3 business days period where your items will be processed and dispatched

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. 

DVOTIO.COM insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you are not the receiver of your purchase then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

DVOTIO.COM sells must-have neo-artisan luxury fashion items.

SALE items and wooden bag line are non refundable or exchangeable.

We offer a flexible Returns, refunds and exchanges policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.

Returns, refunds and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

To ensure your returns, refunds and exchanges is covered by our complimentary policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to.

Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition. 

We will not accept items with designer garment tags detached any signs of wear or damage soiled or altered may not be accepted.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours. You will receive an exchange or return authorization number and a DHL shipping label.

Please print and attach the label to the shipment and arrange a collection or alternatively, you can drop your shipment off at any DHL facility.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.

All items should indicate an exchange or return number.

Unidentified items may be returned to the sender.

If you would like to exchange it for a different size, color or model, please email us indicating:

  • The replacement size, color or model reference you would like to exchange your item for.

SALE items and wooden bag line are non exchangeable. 

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on DVOTIO.COM as accurately as possible.

However, please note that all exchanges are based on stock availability, most of the products are Limited-Edition.


Returning an item couldn’t be easier on in the comfort of your own home. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item designer garment tags still attached, in its original packaging in perfect condition within 5 days.

We will provide you with a full refund using the original method of payment either PayPal, PayU or Stripe.

Please note that we do not accept returns of merchandise purchased over 6 days. 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order? 

As long as all items are returned in a brand new condition with all labels attached you will be refunded in full minus shipping fees and any duties back to the original method of payment.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been received, after which your refund will be processed.

Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account. In any case please contact your original method of payment PayPal, PayU or STRIPE.
